1.3. Veterinary Requirements: All pets must meet specific health, age, and documentation requirements as determined by the destination country and international air transport regulations. Final acceptance of the booking is contingent upon the pet meeting these requirements.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
2.1. Quoted Price: The price quoted for services includes transport costs, documentation fees, and any agreed-upon ancillary services (e.g., crate purchase, vet visits). Quotes are valid for a specified period and may be subject to change due to airline fuel surcharges or governmental fees.
2.2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is required by the date specified in the service contract, usually prior to the commencement of travel arrangements.
2.3. Additional Costs: You are responsible for any unforeseen costs arising from changes to the travel plan initiated by you, delays outside of our control (e.g., weather, customs), or non-compliance with documentation requirements.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
3.1. Customer Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund amounts depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled travel date and the expenses already incurred (e.g., booked flights, crate purchases, vet scheduling). The initial deposit is non-refundable.
3.2. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if the pet’s health status changes, documentation is incomplete, or if the safety of the pet or our staff is at risk. Refunds in such cases will be assessed based on the costs incurred until the point of refusal.
4. OWNERSHIP AND PET WELFARE
4.1. Pet Safety: While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the safe transport of your pet, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with pet air travel, including stress, illness, or injury, which are beyond our full control.
4.2. Responsibility: You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized agent of the pet and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Animal Airways Ltd website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Animal Airways Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the service or website without express written permission from us.
